Anzalone’s Full Service Yacht Management Group is an owner-operated company built on 22 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining yachts from the Chesapeake - Annapolis down through Virginia, with mobile operations in South Florida and clients around the world.

Founded by an immigrant family from Naples, Italy and inspired by a father who served as a merchant marine captain, Pauly Anzalone’s passion for the sea is rooted in heritage, discipline, and pride in doing things the right way. That legacy shows in every detail—from precision maintenance and proactive oversight to seamless operations and crew support.

We don’t just manage yachts—we protect investments, elevate ownership, and run every vessel like it carries our family name.
